These are the simple ground rules. They are written in plain words and are not legal advice.

Who can have an account

You must be 13 or older. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.

What you may send

Suggestions are for dishes and cuisines you would like to see on a future menu. Use plain words, with no links and no contact details of other people. Do not send anything unlawful, hateful, or harassing, or anything you do not have the right to share. We may remove a suggestion, or close an account, that breaks these rules.

A suggestion is only a request. Sending one does not promise the dish will be cooked, and by sending it you let the chef use the idea freely, with no payment or credit owed.

Recipes and content

The recipes, photos and writing on this site belong to Prep 2 Plate Chicago. You may cook the recipes and share a link to them. Please do not copy the site or the photos to publish elsewhere without asking.

Recipes are shared in good faith. Check ingredients against your own allergies and cook meat and poultry to a safe temperature.

Ordering

Meals are ordered through Instagram, not through this site. Prices, pickup and delivery are agreed there.

The site itself

The site is provided as it is, and it may be down or change without notice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it.

Ending an account

You can delete your account any time from your account page (see the privacy page).

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
